Thanks to the ongoing support of the Ohio HBPA the trustees of the THHF have voted to make the following increases in the Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Health Fund effective April 1, 2026.
Dental was $1,200 per year beginning April 1, 2026 becomes $2,250 per year.
Vision was $350 every other year beginning April 1, 2026 becomes $500 every other year.
Health Insurance was $250 a month for single coverage and $500 a month for family coverage beginning April 1, 2026 becomes $375 a month for single coverage and $750 a month for family coverage.
The maximum total benevolence per year was $6,500 for individuals and $11,000 for families beginning in 2026 the maximum coverage per year increases to $9,000 for individuals and $14,000 a year for families.
